Can upload resume file or resume's content into form.
     NOTE: Uploaded file content can not be seen when Employers are browsing Job Seeker's listing.

Jobseekers apply via form which includes: Name, Email, Resume, Message (no login required)
    Application is forwarded/emailed to employer

Employer

Employer administration includes:
   Self registration
   Email validation
   Self password retrieval
   Personal login
Employers add, modify and delete jobs
Job posting displays number of "views" and "applications"
Search Resumes: Keywords, Category, City and/or State
